Cancellation/Substitution
Cancellation of registration should be sent in writing by email to exec@afoabc.org or by fax to 1.604.925.6370. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, June 1, 2010 for a refund. Cancellations received after May 27, 2011 and/or no-shows at the conference are non-refundable. Substitutions are accepted at any time
